Interdisciplinary Tumor Board

Register your patients here for the pre-therapeutic as well as the postoperative tumor board. Please complete the registration form below in full and observe the additional information provided.

Tumor Board Registration

Pre-therapeutic Tumor Board

To refer a patient to our pre-therapeutic tumor board conference, please submit the following:

Completed registration form (see above)
Histology
Breast imaging (ultrasound, mammography, MRI)
Staging (PET-CT, e.g. chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, CT of the chest/abdomen, bone scintigraphy)
Completed data set

Postoperative Tumor Board

To refer a patient to our postoperative tumor board conference, please provide the following:

Completed registration form (see above)
Surgical reports
Postoperative histology
Staging (PET-CT, e.g. chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, CT of the chest/abdomen, bone scintigraphy)

Registration Deadlines

Our tumor board conferences take place twice per week:

Tuesday conference: Please submit all patient information by Monday at 12:00 noon
Thursday conference: Please submit all patient information by Wednesday at 12:00 noon
